The two stable LaGrange points, L4 and L5, are also a popular habitat for many spacebourne folk. L5 was first used to tow space junk out to, and much of it still sits out there, waiting for salvagers to claim it. People living on stations are often called “Elfs”. Every major government, and many minor and independent ones too, have a stake at the LaGrange points, but there is a lack of any major organization here. A popular saying is that “Elfs have big ears, but not big mouths.” If there is underground or black market activity going on anywhere in the system, chances are some Elf has heard of it.
