Mars is the only planet besides Earth that has cities that are not protected by Bio-Domes. Terraformed Mars still has extremes of weather but Enviromodded people can survive outdoors without much difficulty.
Mars is solidly in the grasp of the PRC and the population of Mars is approaching 1 million. The government is giving a 1 million System Credit reward to the family to have a natural birth child that makes the population of Mars reach this goal.
